KVSG sells industrial videoscopes across Peru. Their Wix site couldn't show the catalogue, couldn't take a quote request and couldn't tell them who was interested. We rebuilt it from scratch and moved them over in a day. Their email didn't miss a message.

What changed

  • Moved in a single day while the business kept running.
  • Quote requests land in the inbox, where someone sees them.
  • Every old link still works, so their Google ranking came along.
  • Each product shows up on Google by itself.

Search and marketingMargarita LiviaLots in Huaral

A real estate agent, set up to be found by people looking for land.

margaritalivia.pe

Margarita sells titled lots in Huaral, an hour north of Lima. Her buyers find her on Google, Facebook and forwarded WhatsApps, mostly on their phones. Before we designed a thing, we found out what they type and what keeps them up at night.

What buyers search, by what they want to know

What we found

  • Fraud is the first worry.

People search how not to get scammed before they search for prices. Land trafficking around the new Chancay port is in the news.

  • Nobody answers the price question.

"How much is a lot in Huaral?" only turned up listing portals. No page actually answered it.

  • Peruvians say "a plazos".

Search "en cuotas" and Google fills up with Argentina. The words matter as much as the design.

  • Google Maps is wide open.

The top local results for lots in Huaral had 13 and 2 reviews. A good profile can take that spot.

What we did

  1. Mapped the searches

About 110 real searches from Google Peru, sorted by what the buyer wants: price, payment plans, title, the port, weekend homes.

  2. One page per question

A page for each thing buyers ask and one for each project. 17 in all, every one linking back home.

  3. Wrote it for AI answers

Each page opens with the answer and the number, then a table and a short FAQ. That's what ChatGPT and Google's AI quote.

  4. Earned the trust

Her government agent registration on every page, real photos of real lots and buyers, and no promises about returns.

  5. Sent every lead to WhatsApp

Her enquiry form opens WhatsApp with the message already written: which project, what budget. She answers from her phone.

  6. Launched it properly

Her own .pe domain. Google and Bing knew about it the day it went live, and the AI assistants are welcome to read it.

Next up: her Google Business Profile, reviews from past buyers and a monthly check on whether the AI assistants recommend her.

Software and AIA group of BC businessesPrint, retail and wholesale

The software three businesses run on, and the AI team that works inside it.

A Vancouver print shop, its clothing stores and a souvenir-apparel wholesaler. Each had its own way of working and a pile of tools that didn't talk. We built them one suite, and a portal where their AI agents work alongside the team.

  • An ERP

Orders, production, purchasing and stock in one place, with QuickBooks kept in sync.

  • AI ordering

Wholesale customers order online and ask an assistant where their order is.

  • Orders from a photo

Snap a handwritten purchase order and the assistant drafts the order. A person confirms.

  • An AI team

Agents on WhatsApp, Discord and Mattermost, with a job board and an approvals inbox.
