Traffic is normal, so people are still coming. Three things stopped them buying. Since Tuesday the new shipping app hides the pay button on iPhones, and Clarity shows people tapping where it should be. Your best seller sold out Wednesday. And the Meta campaign hit its budget cap Thursday.

Try it

Pick a question. Watch it find the cause.

Four everyday problems at a made-up company. The agent checks the systems that matter, shows every step, explains what's wrong and waits for your yes before it fixes anything.

What you can ask

The questions that eat your week.

Every agent we set up has the tools for its job. These are the questions our clients' businesses run into, and what an agent does about each one.

  • Why did sales drop this week?

Checks orders, traffic, checkout recordings and ad spend, then tells you the cause and the fix.

    ShopifyGoogle AnalyticsMicrosoft ClarityMeta Ads

  • Who owes us money?

Lists overdue invoices, reads the email threads so nobody gets chased twice, and drafts the reminders.

    QuickBooksGmail

  • Which customers have gone quiet?

Finds who stopped ordering, what they used to buy, and drafts a note to bring each one back.

    ShopifyHubSpotMailchimp

  • Why are ads getting expensive?

Spots tired ads and wasted spend, makes fresh variants from your photos and moves budget to what works.

Meta AdsMuse Image (Meta AI)Google Ads

  • What needs me today?

A morning brief from your inbox, calendar, orders and team chat. Three lines, not thirty.

    GmailGoogle CalendarSlackWhatsApp

  • What are customers complaining about?

Reads reviews and support emails, groups the complaints by cause and drafts the replies.

    Business ProfileTrustpilotGmail

  • What's about to run out?

Watches stock against how fast it sells and drafts the purchase order before you run out.

    ShopifyGoogle SheetsQuickBooks

  • Do we show up when people ask ChatGPT?

Checks where you rank on Google and in AI answers, and writes up what to fix first.

I can order 48 navy hoodies from the usual supplier. They'd land Tuesday and both orders ship Wednesday. Send the PO?

What we set up

We know the tools. You tell us what's eating your week.

  • AI agents

Each with a job, its own memory and access to just the tools it needs.

  • Where your team talks

WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Discord or a portal of your own. No new app to learn.

  • Connected to your data

Orders, stock, customers, email and files, read live from the systems you already run.

  • You stay in charge

Anything that spends money or talks to a customer waits for a yes from a person.

  • Routines

The Monday report, the overdue-invoice nudge, the morning summary. On schedule, every time.

  • AI workspaces

One private place where your team works with AI, with your documents in it and your rules on top.

From real work

We run an AI team for a group of BC businesses.

Agents built on Hermes, each with a role, from chief of staff to production. They read the company's ERP and job software through 175 connected actions, and the owners work with them one-to-one, in rooms of several agents at once, or by handing them jobs on a shared board.

  • Agents on WhatsApp, Discord, Mattermost and a portal of their own
  • A shared job board the agents pick work from
  • A needs-you inbox for anything that needs a yes
  • Voice in and out, and photos in
  • Daily spend caps and a cost on every reply

Rent or own

Big companies are building their own tools now. So can you.

Paying per seat for a well-known tool is fine when it fits. When it doesn't, you pay for features you skip and work around the ones you need. AI made building your own fast. Big companies have engineers to look after theirs. You have us.

35%

of enterprises have already replaced at least one SaaS tool with software they built.

Retool, Build vs. Buy Report 2026

32%

of organisations skipped buying a software product because they could build it with AI.

Keep the rented tools that work. Gmail, Shopify and QuickBooks are great at what they do. We build what's missing and connect it to them.

Questions people ask

Which AI do you use?

Whichever fits the job. We set up OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Grok, Claude, Gemini and open models you can run on your own server, and we switch when something better ships.

What's the difference between an AI agent and ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers questions. An agent has a job, access to your systems and the ability to act: it can read an order, update a record, draft the email and ask you to approve it.

Is our data safe?

Agents only get access to the tools their job needs, credentials stay on the server, and important actions wait for a person. Your data can stay on servers you control.

What's an AI workspace?

A private place for your whole team to use AI, with your company documents loaded in and your rules applied. Everyone gets the same good setup.

Do we need custom software first?

No. Agents can work with Gmail, Google Drive, your store and your accounting today. A system you own just gives them more to work with.
