This is the kind of system we build.
A working example with a made-up company. Try the tabs.
Example: invented business, real kind of screen we build.
What we build
Start with the part that hurts most. Add the rest when you're ready.
ERP
Inventory, purchasing, orders and production in one place, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet on the side.
CRM
Every lead, quote and customer with its whole history. Follow-ups that don't depend on someone's memory.
Ordering portals
Your wholesale customers order online, see their history and reorder in two clicks. No more orders by email.
Dashboards
This week's sales, what's late and what's running low, pulled live from your systems.
Approvals and workflows
Quote, approval, production, shipping. Each step knows who's next and tells them.
AI inside
Ask "what's late this week?" and get the answer from your own data. Agents that draft, chase and file.
From real work
The software a group of BC businesses runs on. We built it.
A souvenir-apparel maker, a print shop and two clothing stores, each with its own way of working. We built their ERP, their CRM, a production board, purchasing, an art library, a showroom catalogue and a wholesale ordering portal, all behind one company sign-in.
- An ERP for orders, production, purchasing and stock, with QuickBooks kept in sync
- An assistant that turns a photo of a handwritten purchase order into a draft order
- Wholesale customers ordering online and asking an AI where their order is
- A production board colour-coded by process, synced with the shop's job software
- A CRM that writes a profile of a company from its website and drafts the follow-up

Rent or own
Big companies are building their own tools now. So can you.
Paying per seat for a well-known tool is fine when it fits. When it doesn't, you pay for features you skip and work around the ones you need. AI made building your own fast. Big companies have engineers to look after theirs. You have us.
35%
of enterprises have already replaced at least one SaaS tool with software they built.
32%
of organisations skipped buying a software product because they could build it with AI.

Keep the rented tools that work. Gmail, Shopify and QuickBooks are great at what they do. We build what's missing and connect it to them.
Questions people ask
Why not just use an off-the-shelf ERP or CRM?
If one fits, use it, and we'll connect it to everything else. We build when the off-the-shelf version needs so many workarounds that your team gives up on it, or when per-seat pricing gets silly as you grow.
How long does a custom system take?
A first useful version usually takes 2 to 8 weeks. We ship the part that hurts most first and grow it from there, so you're using it long before it's finished.
Can it connect to QuickBooks, Shopify or our existing tools?
Yes. Most of what we build talks to accounting, stores, email and the apps you already pay for. Data moves on its own instead of being typed twice.
Who owns the software and the data?
You do. The code, the database and the domain are in your name. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
Can we add AI later?
Yes, and it's easier on a system you own. Your data is already structured, so an AI agent can read orders, stock and customers and answer questions about them.
